About the Role
Youll be responsible for cleaning a variety of accommodation including lodges, caravans, and cottages, along with shared park facilities that guests and homeowners use every day. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating great first impressions and upholding the high standards Holgates is known for.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean holiday homes and public areas to a consistent five-star standard
* Maintain accurate inventories and report any missing or damaged items
* Check and report the working order of essential appliances and equipment
* Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and COSHH procedures
* Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to your Manager
* Maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene
* Respect and protect guest privacy and data confidentiality
What Were Looking For
* Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality is desirable but not essential
* A can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
* Ability to work efficiently to deadlines
* Excellent team spirit and willingness to go the extra mile
* Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours
* A reliable means of transport to and from the park
