My client, a high-growth cybersecurity company, is seeking an experienced Channel Director, EMEA to lead and grow its partner ecosystem across the region. If you're a strategic relationship builder with a track record of delivering results through distributors, resellers, and system integrators-this is your chance to make a major impact.
🔍 What You'll Do
* Build and expand a high-performing channel strategy across EMEA for the enterprise market
* Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of Distributors, Resellers, and Systems Integrators
* Develop and execute a regional sales and marketing plan to exceed quarterly and annual quotas
* Drive revenue by enabling partners to position, promote, and sell cybersecurity solutions effectively
* Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, understanding their business models and identifying joint opportunities
* Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support channel growth and innovation
* Provide regular market intelligence and feedback on competitive positioning and partner needs
* Travel across the EMEA region as needed (up to 70%) to support partner development and deal acceleration
✅ What You Bring
* 7+ years of channel sales experience in cybersecurity.
* Proven ability to sell solution-based and large-ticket enterprise offerings
* Strong knowledge of the EMEA channel ecosystem, market dynamics, and key players
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging at Director and C-level
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills-comfortable building from strategy to deal closure
* Strong understanding of security platforms, market trends, and the competitive landscape
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
* A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a highly collaborative mindset
