Job Purpose
* Support a varied client portfolio, working closely with the Senior Management team to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
* Supervision and preparation of end-end and management accounts, including tax planning work
* Involvement in ad-hoc work projects to further support Senior Managers and Directors
* Oversee client workflow and internal management of resources
* Supervise junior staff, reviewing work and supporting their professional development
* Liaise with clients, building trusted relationships and proactively handling queries
* Identify new processes and ways to increase efficiency
* Research and interpret changes to taxation and accounting regulations
* Champion your own professional development, enthusiastically undertaking training opportunities

Job Requirements
* ACCA/ACA qualified, part qualified or studying
* A part-qualified candidate with strong experience would also be considered
* A proven track record of managing a client portfolio, including monitoring commercial aspects
* Strong working knowledge of software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
* Excellent financial modelling and data interpretation skills
* Up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation
* A team player who can also work autonomously
* A can-do attitude to problem-solving
* Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
