Job Details
* Title: Support Administrator - Solihull
* Reports to: Team Leader
* Salary: Scale 5, Point 24, £24,618 - £25,399 per annum (pro rata)
* Hours: Part Time (18.75 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide daily support to Homeless Prevention Workers and Solihull Pathway Projects
* Answer calls, respond to requests, and escalate as needed
* Support timely referrals and manage communication with contact centers
* Maintain appointment systems and assist with meeting preparations
* Support team tasks, including duty rota preparation and event arrangements
* Complete incident/accident reports
Data Duties
* Administer vouchers and record-keeping for reports
* Manage petty cash and support data reporting
Qualifications
* Essential: GCSE Grade C or above in English and Math
* Desirable: NVQ 2 in Advice & Guidance, Health & Social Care or similar
Experience & Knowledge
* Office experience and working to deadlines
* Experience with managing complex data and frontline triage
* Knowledge of equal opportunities and ability to work with figures
