I’m working on a high-impact Workday Financials programme and need a top-tier consultant to come in and drive design, challenge thinking, and lead from the front.
This is not a passive delivery role, you’ll be front-facing, shaping decisions, and influencing senior stakeholders daily.
What you’ll be doing
Leading Workday Financials design workshops
Acting as the bridge between business & technical teams
Driving solution design & configuration decisions
Challenging stakeholders and adding real consulting value
Bringing best practice from multiple implementations
What I need
Strong Workday Financials experience (functional + technical)
3+ full lifecycle implementations
Proven ability to operate at senior / advisory level
Confident running workshops and owning the room
Someone who can challenge, not just deliver
Nice to have
Prism Analytics / Accounting Centre
FS / Insurance experience
Consulting background (Big 4 or similar)
Workday certifications (current or lapsed)
