Job Description
The Accounts Administrator duties include:
3. Processing purchase invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
4. Supporting the production of customer invoices and monitoring cash receipts
5. Assisting with bank reconciliations
6. Chasing overdue payments where required
7. Supporting budgeting processes and financial reporting
8. Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems
9. Providing wider administrative support to the finance team
The Successful Applicant
You will ideally have:
10. Previous experience in an accounting or finance administration role
11. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
12. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships internally and externally
13. A proactive and flexible approach to workload
14. Welsh Speaking (desirable, not essential)
