No problem. On-the-job training is provided for those who bring enthusiasm and a passion for quality service.Key Responsibilities: * Prompt and efficient handling of customer enquiries, orders, and correspondence via email, phone, and internal systems. * Creating and managing quotes in SAP, with active follow-up. * Checking stock availability and lead times using SAP. * Informing customers about products, pricing, and processes. * Processing orders, tracking open orders, and managing made-to-order (MTO) products. * Collaborating with sales, purchasing, warehousing, and supply chain teams in the UK and internationally. * Maintaining accurate customer and product records. * Managing complaints professionally and logging them in internal systems. * Creating/providing shipping and customs documents (e.g., CertPro, COO). * Handling invoice queries and credit requests.Experience Required: * Minimum 5 years in customer-facing roles, ideally within a customer service team. * Strong SAP experience (essential). * Experience in a professional, corporate environment. * Commercial acumen to follow up on quotes and ongoing projects. * Experience in multicultural teams or global business settings. * Export regulations knowledge (advantageous). * Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams). * Sage 200 experience (desirable).Education: * Good general standard of education. * GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C / 5 or above.What’s on Offer: * Permanent contract * Competitive salary * Company Sick Pay Scheme * Company Pension Scheme * Life insurance * 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
