Working in the commercial department you will play a key role in the commercial and contractual management of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with the division and company objectives. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial and contractual administration, identifying opportunities to deliver best value to the customer, maximising profitability, and mitigating commercial risks. You will collaborate closely with the site management teams to ensure contract objectives and margins are achieved. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will report directly to you, meaning you will act as their line manager and be available to provide guidance and support as needed.
