We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team, delivering high-quality plumbing maintenance and repair services across both empty (void) properties and occupied homes.Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in both void and occupied properties.
* Diagnose and fix leaks, replace or repair sanitary ware, taps, showers, and pipework.
* Complete first and second fix plumbing tasks in bathrooms and kitchens.
* Work efficiently to ensure properties are safe, functional, and meet high-quality standards.
* Liaise professionally with tenants, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
* Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Plumbing.
* Proven experience in plumbing work within social housing, domestic, or commercial environments.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
