Job Description Summary We are recruiting for a Indoor Market Specialist based from our Coleshill office Be responsible for a Sales Target within the allocated portfolio and work with sales KPIs in order to achieve the Target (New Business). Successfully manage a defined portfolio of customer accounts, resolve customer queries (in conjunction with other internal departments and processes) and proactively seek additional business development opportunities within the portfolio (Base Business Development). Proactively source and create a sales pipeline, taking guidance from the Sales Manager, Market Unit Manager and Offer Deployers in respect of geographical target area and working in line with the company strategy. Direct prospects to the field sales team and / or other areas of the business where appropriate in order to ensure that the needs of the customer are always served by ALUK in the best possible way. Where required, work alongside the Supply Chain team in order to proactively provide information to customers (both within and outside of a defined portfolio). Prepare and distribute daily / weekly / monthly / adhoc customer reports. Maintain customer information in CRM software (Salesforce).
