You will play a key role supporting experienced Conveyancing Solicitors handling a varied caseload of residential property matters. The Role As a Conveyancing Secretary or Paralegal, you will: Provide full secretarial support to Conveyancing Solicitors. Prepare legal documents, contracts, and correspondence. Manage files from instruction through to completion. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and third parties. Handle Land Registry forms and SDLT submissions. Manage diaries, appointments, and key dates. Assist with file opening and compliance procedures. Ensure smooth day to day progression of conveyancing matters.
