We’re looking for a Lead Architect to design and implement a cutting-edge, AI-powered dynamic pricing solution for a rapidly growing, tech-led organisation at the forefront of smart logistics and digital transformation. You’ll define the roadmap, build the capability, and lead the development of intelligent pricing systems that drive measurable impact. What you’ll be doing: Create and execute a comprehensive roadmap for a real-time, AI-driven pricing and forecasting platform. Collaborate with business leaders to align pricing models with strategic objectives. Design and implement advanced models leveraging machine learning, forecasting, optimisation algorithms, and real-time data inputs. Incorporate external and internal data sources (e.g., market trends, customer behaviour, competitor analysis) to drive pricing decisions. Partner with enterprise architecture and data teams to ensure scalability, transparency, and regulatory compliance. Continuously assess impact through robust KPIs, and refine models to maximise performance. Stay ahead of the curve with emerging AI trends to ensure continued innovation and excellence. What we’re looking for: MSc/PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience designing or delivering large-scale pricing, AI or recommendation systems. Deep technical knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop). Demonstrated success in building business-critical, real-time algorithmic solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills – translating complexity into business value. A commercial, data-led mindset and a passion for solving real-world problems through innovation. Experience in designing data structures and working with high-volume data sets.
