CSR is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading contractor based in Co. Antrim. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded surveying team, delivering large-scale commercial projects across the UK and Ireland.
The successful candidate will be primarily based in Northern Ireland, with occasional travel to mainland UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage financial cost control and reporting across current contracts
* Procure and negotiate subcontract orders
* Monitor and manage subcontractor payments and progress
* Drive improved financial performance and profitability of projects
* Mentor and support junior members of the team
* Oversee procurement progress of subcontract packages
* Maximise monthly cash flow, contract value, and overall profit
Candidate Requirements
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
* Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
* Effective leadership and communication abilities
* Commercial awareness with a competitive mindset
* Experience in refurbishment and/or new build projects
* Ideally managed contracts valued at £10M+
