About the Opportunity

MoonPay is seeking a data-driven CRM Manager to join our Growth team and play a vital role in driving B2B and B2C product engagement and revenue.

What you will do



* Strategise, build and execute communications using Braze, utilizing key engagement channels such as Email, Push notifications, in-app messages and content cards
* Collaborate closely with the Product team to enhance product awareness and engagement, with the end goal of generating incremental revenue
* Monitor key performance indicators, using data insights to continually refine strategies
* Work closely with the Head of CRM to design CRM experiments, including the test design and analysis
* Refine segmentation and targeting to personalize communications for maximum impact




About You


* An analytical approach that emphasizes understanding customer/client behavior and planning based on data-driven insights
* A passion for championing the customer/client perspective, advocating for their needs and preferences in the development of CRM strategies
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in both B2B and B2C spaces




Bonus qualifications:


* Copywriting experience
* Familiarity with HTML
* An eye for design
