We’re currently looking for a Technology Risk Manager to join our Experian Consumer Services UK&I Risk team.
The Technology Risk Manager is a first line of defence risk management role which reports to the Experian Consumer Services (ECS) UK&I Head of Operational Risk. You will have sole responsibility for supporting Technology area within ECS to ensure the effective delivery of the Experian operational risk and control framework.
As a Technology Risk Manager, you will support the business to ensure:
1. Risks are proactively identified, escalated, and appropriately assessed, and the Technology risk register is maintained on a regular basis.
2. Controls are developed, executed, and monitored (including periodic control testing) to manage and mitigate risks in the technology risk register.
3. Issues are raised on a timely basis where there are gaps or weaknesses in controls with robust and timely remediation plans.
4. Run weekly meetings with issue owners to track progress and escalate risks to timelines where required, ensuring governance processes are followed and compliance with Security Policies, Standards and Procedures is maintained.
5. Continuous improvement of speed & agility of critical technology processes.
6. Monthly KRI reports are produced for the ECS Risk Management Group.
What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian
Ideally, you will have solid, proven experience of working in a technology risk management role and a relevant professional qualification (CRISC, CISM or equivalent).
