This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled conveyancer to contribute to a dynamic team and provide essential support on a temporary basis, the role is likely to run for 3 months though. About the Role: As a Conveyancing Locum, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and effectively. This role is office-based and requires a thorough understanding of all areas of conveyancing, including: Residential sales and purchases Leasehold and freehold transactions Re-mortgages Transfers of equity New build transactions Key Responsibilities: Managing a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters from inception to completion. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and managing all necessary legal documentation. Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Requirements: Proven experience in all aspects of conveyancing. Strong organisational and time management skills.
