The Role
\nReporting to a senior lawyer, you will act as a trusted advisor to individuals, families and trustees. This role suits an NQ with prior Private Client experience or a lawyer with 1+ PQE. You will deliver clear, compassionate and practical advice while maintaining the highest professional and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

\n\t
1. Managing your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion
\n\t
2. Meeting clients to discuss their matters and maintaining excellent service standards
\n\t
3. Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and other associated documentation
\n\t
4. Handling probate matters and estate administration
\n\t
5. Assisting with the creation and ongoing management of trusts
\n\t
6. Supporting senior team members where required
