What will I be doing?
* Leading member-obsessed service and engagement at all times.
* Guiding my team to deliver children’s activities with structure and enthusiasm, encouraging maximum participation.
* Managing the delivery of the club children’s activity programme, including Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes, and children’s parties.
* Ensuring programmes align with Product Briefs, Lesson Plans, and Brand Standards.
* Maintaining all services for children in compliance with the Children’s Safety Guide.
* Creating a safe and healthy environment, prioritizing children’s needs in line with the Guide.
* Maximizing member experience, usage, participation, and value for money through coach expertise, session quality, communication, and facilities.
* Engaging with members about their activities and seeking ways to enhance their experience.
* Utilizing communication channels like surveys, comment cards, and forums to improve the member and team experience.
* Resolving member queries or complaints effectively.
* Recruiting, training, managing, and reviewing team members to develop a high-performance team; building strong relationships within the team.
* Sharing knowledge and expertise with team members.
How will I be measured?
* Delivering excellent service and engagement with members.
* Ensuring children’s areas are compliant with health and safety standards and the Children’s Safety Guide.
* Responding swiftly and efficiently to incidents, issues, or complaints.
* Feedback from members, team members, and mystery visitors about the programme and service.
* Performance against the club’s 6 Values.
* Adherence to DL Clubs operating procedures.
* Compliance with legislative and company audits.
* Meeting revenue targets for Holiday Active and Parties.
* Achieving participation targets for the children’s programme.
* Managing costs and achieving budget margins.
* Ensuring new child members receive Welcome and Taster sessions, along with sessions from Junior Tennis Pro and Swimming Co-ordinator.
* Contributing to the growth of the club’s member base, especially families with children.
* Receiving regular visits from Regional Manager or support staff.
What qualifications, skills, and experience do I need?
* Qualification in a relevant teaching, childcare, or sports coaching discipline (Essential).
* Experience in managing and leading a team (Essential).
* Experience in financial planning and management.

* Ability to lead and manage children with confidence and energy (Essential).
