At the Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels, our purpose is simple: to create unforgettable memories that last a lifetime. Across our seven hotels, the Resort Sales team plays a vital part in shaping the guest experience before they even arrive. Your role goes far beyond guest engagement. You'll take on essential operational duties, including supporting or covering the Resort Sales Managers when required, handling escalated complaints with confidence, and helping to shape daily operational plans. You'll update staff rotas, prepare and deliver team briefs, and play an active part in training new and existing team members. Through regular quality checks, coaching, and on-the-floor support, you'll help maintain high standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaboration will be a big part of your day. You'll work closely with external partners, assist with third-party bookings, and manage our automated worker by keeping key spreadsheets and processes up to date. You'll also upload guest satisfaction surveys, analyse reports, and support the implementation of operational changes that enhance the pre-arrival experience. Most importantly, you'll lead by example. You'll inspire your team to live the values of the Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels - Be Creative, Be Curious, Be Thoughtful, Be Positive, and Be You - ensuring these values shine through in every guest interaction and every internal collaboration.,
