About your new Parts Manager role:
: Oversee the Parts Department to ensure smooth operations and profitability.
: Support and guide the Parts Controller.
: Manage inventory, conduct stock audits, and issue purchase orders.
: Coordinate with Operations to anticipate demand and streamline parts access.
: Predict usage patterns and market trends to inform purchasing decisions.
: Inspect incoming parts and lead efficiency projects.
Requirements for the Parts Manager role include:
: Experience with Powered Access machine parts or similar industry.
: Strong inventory management, forecasting, and organisational skills.
: Leadership experience managing staff.
: Confident with supplier liaison, stock control, and IT systems.
