About you
* 2-4 years' experience in payroll administration
* Proven ability to process both weekly and monthly payrolls
* Experience with temporary payroll transactions
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
* Skilled in pensions and employee benefits administration
* High accuracy and keen attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
* Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
What you'll do
* Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple sites on weekly and monthly cycles
* Administer temporary payrolls and ensure correct payments for temporary staff
* Resolve payroll queries promptly and accurately
* Maintain comprehensive payroll records and employee data
* Administer pension schemes and employee benefits
* Ensure compliance with HMRC legislation and payroll regulations
* Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate information
* Prepare payroll reports and support audits as needed
