Siemens Energy is seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to lead our Contract and Site Execution efforts. If you’re passionate about project management and have a strong track record of delivering results, we’d love to hear from you!
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Lead and manage multiple project orders (up to €15 million), ensuring successful contract and site execution.
2. Act as the main point of contact for customers, maintaining strong communication and service throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams from sales handover to project delivery, ensuring alignment and progress.
4. Oversee project performance, including technical and commercial aspects, timelines, and budgets.
5. Identify and manage risks and opportunities, escalating issues when needed to maintain project momentum.
6. Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and contract compliance.
What You Bring
7. Graduate-level qualification or equivalent, with proven experience or certified at Project Manager level
8. Proven ability to meet targets, showing initiative, ownership, and drive.
9. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
10. Entrepreneurial mindset with solid product knowledge and understanding of business structures.
11. Awareness of commercial and legal considerations, with the ability to navigate basic matters effectively.
12. Customer-focused and process-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
