Skills & Experience
* Previous experience as a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Branch Manager or similar estate agency role
* Proven track record of winning instructions and generating business
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
* Outstanding communication and customer service skills
* Professional, ambitious and self-motivated approach
