What you’ll be doing… As a Chef de Partie you will support, organise, mentor and train members of the kitchen team in line with company procedures. Ensure food preparation and control meets requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported Support the manager in maintaining, ordering and controlling food stocks within budget Maintaining up to date product and menu knowledge, and maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, ensuring portion and quality control Ensuring high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and of equipment Working Pattern: Working 5 days over 7 you will work a variety of shifts ranging from 3am breakfast shifts through till 8:30pm in the Summer months (April-October) and until 5:30pm in the quieter winter months. Shifts will be 8 hours long with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Shifts will be shared out across the team, and each week will have a mixture of early, middle and late shifts to cover the business requirements. There is also a minimum of an 11.5-hour window between shifts to allow for some downtime. What can you bring?
