Compensation
$70,000 – $100,000, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
* Building responsive WordPress themes and Laravel applications from scratch
* Managing databases and optimizing queries (MySQL/MariaDB)
* Handling deployments in Linux-based environments
* Debugging, troubleshooting, and ensuring top-notch performance
* Collaborating closely with developers, designers, and PMs from start to finish
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Strong grasp of PHP and object-oriented programming
* Proven experience in custom WordPress theme development
* Comfortable in client-facing conversations
* Familiarity with tools like Sage, Bedrock, Trellis, or Tailwind
* Love for creative problem-solving and clean code
