Your new role
In your new role, you will provide valuable support to the team and contribute to the smooth running of the office. This role will see you manage a busy email inbox, greet visitors to the office and direct iing calls when required. You will organise supplies for the office and its general upkeep and provideprehensive administrative support to the senior team. You will be responsible for sending writtenmunication in addition to dealing with iing mail and general enquiries. You may be involved in arranging meetings and minute taking.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will require you to have strong skills in Microsoft 365 packages, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook. You will assist with financial administration tasks such as processing payments, collating invoices and reconciling banking, which will require you to have numeracy skills and strong attention to detail. You will have excellentmunication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team. This role will empower you to work with autonomy, spot areas for process improvement and create systems and processes to the benefit of the wider team.
