You will work closely with a young and ambitious senior leadership team, providing credible, commercial financial leadership and strategic direction as the business scales. This contract role is ideal for a forward-thinking finance professional ready to make a significant impact.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring robust financial planning, analysis, and decision support for the senior leadership team.
Develop and implement financial strategies that support growth, operational efficiency, and long‑term value creation.
Lead and manage investor interactions, supporting fundraising activities with a focus on £10M+ raises.
Strengthen financial planning and reporting processes to improve visibility, performance tracking, and forecasting quality.
Collaborate with leadership to translate business priorities into actionable financial plans and governance.
Role Requirements A degree or higher level in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven industry experience supporting investor interactions and fundraising activities.
Working knowledge and practical experience in financial strategy development and implementation.
Strong stakeholder management capability, bringing clarity and confidence to senior leadership discussions.
