Your new role
As the Commercial Property Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties by providing expert advice and high-quality management services. Within the role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the commercial portfolio, including lease renewals, rent reviews and service charge budgeting. As part of this role, you will build strong relationships with clients and tenants and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and support business growth. You will support clients with strategic asset management advice such as acquisitions and disposals and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you should have proven experience in commercial property management with strong understanding of commercial leases. MRICS preferred, although not essential.
