We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, to play an important role in helping us to achieve our vision of building a World where all infrastructure is sustainably built and maintained.
With over six decades of experience and an excellent reputation, we have been chosen to support South West Water (SWW), to deliver an exciting programme of works, aimed at strengthening and future-proofing the water and wastewater networks across the region.
Here a some of the activities you will be involved in…
1. Support commercial leadership on the contract by fully understanding the company's rights and obligations, helping to maximise profitability and mitigate risks.
2. Provide line management to a team of professionals, promoting effective commercial management while ensuring personnel are trained and competent to meet company and contract goals.
3. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with internal and external teams, using negotiation and persuasion to meet business needs.
