Job Description
The successful Internal and Change Communications Manager will be responsible for;
3. Developing and implement effective internal and external communication strategies
4. Developing a strong understanding of the needs of different audience groups; drafting relevant timely messages to deliver the project on time.
5. Developing press statements and social media responses as required.
6. Collaborating with various departments to manage change and foster organisation-wide understanding
7. Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of communication strategies
8. Organising and facilitate communication workshops as required
9. Managing any crisis communication as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Internal and Change Communications Manager should have:
10. Proven expertise within transformation and/or change communications.
11. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
12. Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
13. Outstanding organisational and project management abilities
14. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
15. Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.
