The Crown Dependencies business is the fastest growing business in Lloyds Banking Group so it’s an exciting time to join and make a real difference. About this opportunity Our Financial Intermediaries (FI) team are looking for an Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) to join our dynamic Relationship Management team in Isle of Man. Our FI team is focussed on working with regulated trust and corporate service providers as well as Wealth Managers, Private Family Offices, Captives and Life Companies and the growth of the FI business is at the heart of the Crown Dependencies strategy. In addition, you'll be supporting a growing portfolio of clients with all their banking needs including deposits, new accounts, and cash management working alongside other Associate Relationship Managers, Relationship Managers & Relationship Directors. With exposure to a full range of clients and products, this is an ideal opportunity to experience life in the Financial Intermediaries sector, with the aim that this role becomes an effective training ground for future Relationship Manager roles. There is a strong ambition to grow the FI business through deepening existing client relationships and winning new clients as we strive to be the Crown Dependencies’ bank of choice for our chosen markets. Role responsibilities include: Conducting daily procedural tasks such as fixing deposits to support management of external and internal client relationships. Join Relationship Managers and Relationship Directors on client appointments, providing support on research and follow-up actions. Assists with progressing and assessing new account enquiries and collaborating closely with our dedicated FI account opening team. Working with other ARMs to ensure smooth operational running of the FI desk on a day-by-day basis, reacting to changing priorities and circumstances to ensure client needs are met. Working within current standard compliance processes, systems, and procedures, and reports simple non-compliance issues.
