£166.32 – £180 per day (dependent on experience)
Are you an experienced and confident SEN Teacher ready to make a meaningful difference across a broad age range?
Teaching Personnel is working with a specialist provision in Rhondda Cynon Taf that supports pupils aged 3 to 18 with a wide variety of additional learning needs, including complex SEN, behavioural challenges, autism, and SEMH. This is a rewarding opportunity to teach in a setting where your skills, adaptability, and compassion truly matter.
The Role:
Deliver tailored lessons to small groups of learners (typically under 10) across primary and secondary levels
Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of SEN, from early years through post-16
Work closely with Teaching Assistants and multi-disciplinary teams to support individual learning plans
Promote a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
Focus on both academic development and social-emotional growth
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong SEN experience across multiple age groups (3–18)
Confident supporting complex needs, including autism, behavioural challenges, and SEMH
Excellent classroom management and adaptable teaching style
Resilient, calm, and passionate about inclusive education
