 
        
        Administrative Assistant – Hillington
We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hillington. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role supporting both office and site teams in a busy, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:

 Provide general administrative support to office and site teams.
 * 
 Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional manner.
 * 
 Process invoices, purchase orders, and staff expenses using QuickBooks.
 * 
 Assist in preparing and collating Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for completed projects.
 * 
 Maintain compliance, HR, and training records using Citation Atlas.
 * 
 Book and coordinate staff training sessions.
 * 
 Order materials and manage supplier communication.
 * 
 Maintain accurate records and filing systems (both digital and paper-based).
 * 
 Assist with timesheet collection and payroll administration.
Requirements:
 * 
 Previous administrative experience (preferably within a construction or engineering environment).
 * 
 Strong organisational and communication skills.
 * 
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks (training can be provided).
 * 
 Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Hours: 30–37.5 hours per week (flexible, can vary to suit).
Location: Hillington, Glasgow.
