We’re looking for a Site Supervisor with HGV to join our skilled and dedicated Hamble team – someone who is happy to travel and can take charge on-site, motivate teams, and deliver work safely, compliantly, and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading teams on emergency response and planned works across industrial and environmental sites.
* Being the go-to leader on-site and in the depot – from RAMS to reporting, you\'ll ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Managing plant and equipment, vehicles, and documentation with precision.
* Working directly with customers to build relationships and spot future opportunities.
* Supporting job planning, paperwork, and logistics – no two days are the same.
* Acting as a key player in our spill and HAZMAT response operations.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven site supervision experience and RAMS documentation expertise.
* Strong communication skills – you\'ll be the bridge between site, clients, and management.
* Pollution control and spill response experience – Essential
* Competent in the selection and use of RPE and breathing apparatus.
* HP/UHP water jetting.
* IOSH Managing Safely and SSSTS – must-haves.
* Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions, and to travel or stay away when required.
* HGV Class 2 and towing experience – bonus.
* Ability to handle pressure while delivering high standards and team performance.
