The key responsibilities for the role of Credit Control Supervisor (REMOTE) includes:
Manage and analyse customer accounts to ensure timely payments and identify potential credit risks.
Lead the credit control function, including supervising and developing one direct report.
Forecast cash flow and support month-end reporting with aged debt analysis and commentary.
Oversee credit management, including credit insurance and onboarding new clients.
Drive process improvements across the credit control function and collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams.
