We are seeking to appoint an outstanding teacher of design technology in our well regarded, highly successful school. The successful candidate will be a creative, inspirational teacher who is ambitious for future promotion. The post would suit either an early career or recently qualified teacher or one who is seeking to develop, or is ready for, subject leadership experience. In return, the post holder will benefit from the full support of a talented team of staff and will have the privilege of teaching 624 fantastic students.
Langtree is a heavily oversubscribed 11-16 school with a history of outstanding results. We are located in the South Oxfordshire countryside, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, between Oxford and Reading. Academic results are excellent in the design technology department and across the school. Ofsted state that behaviour and personal development within the school is outstanding.
