The role
At a glance, your role is to clean all areas of the hotel thoroughly, with the aim of enhancing the guests` experience by having excellent standards of cleanliness at all times.
Duties Include
interacting politely with guests - greeting them, saying `thank you` and `goodbye`
servicing bedrooms and all other areas of the hotel in line with our standard operating procedures
completing daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks, as required
following correct procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment
monitoring cleaning supplies and notifying the manager when more are needed
storing all laundry correctly and completing relevant documentation
adhering to stock-control procedures and maintaining security of stock at all times
reporting any security issues, safety hazards, accidents, incidents and/or maintenance issues to the manager on duty
completing required induction, role-specific and ongoing refresher training and contributing to continuous improvement
