Senior Product Designer
Location: must be based in Northern Ireland (remote)
I am working working with a well-funded product team building a mobile-first AI platform focused on helping individuals make better decisions and engage more effectively with complex information.
The product is moving from early prototype into a more defined phase, and they’re now looking to bring in a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of the experience end to end.
This is not a role focused purely on UI polish. The core challenge sits in shaping how the product works. You’ll be translating complex data and AI-driven outputs into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
The role
You will take a Senior position in defining the product experience across mobile and web, working closely with engineering and product teams.
Key areas of focus include:
* Designing end-to-end user journeys, flows, and interaction patterns
* Turning complex data into clear, usable experiences
* Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
* Leading discovery sessions and contributing to product direction
* Working closely with engineering to ensure designs are practical and scalable
* Contributing to and evolving a design system
* Using user research and testing to inform decisions
What they’re looking for
* 4+ years experience in Product Design / UX / UI
* Strong experience designing mobile-first products
* Comfortable working in early-stage or evolving product environments
* Ability to think beyond screens and shape product behaviour
* Experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to have:
* Experience working on AI-driven or insight-led products
* Exposure to data-heavy platforms
