Opus Financial Group is a newly established accounting and advisory firm positioned to support businesses from startup to scale. We provide bookkeeping, compliance, payroll, and strategic financial advisory services under a structured, tiered model.
We are seeking a driven and capable Business Partner to join as a Co-Founder and help build, grow, and scale the firm.
This is not a salaried role. This is a long-term equity-based partnership opportunity for someone who wants to build a serious financial services business from the ground up.

The Partnership Role
We are looking for a Business Partner who will take ownership of:
1. Operations & Delivery
2. Managing client onboarding
3. Delivering bookkeeping and compliance services
4. Overseeing payroll and VAT processes
5. Ensuring service quality and deadlines
6. Client Acquisition & Growth
7. Generating leads through networking and outreach
8. Building relationships with local businesses
9. Supporting marketing efforts
10. Converting leads into recurring clients
11. Business Development
12. Helping refine service packages
13. Identifying upsell opportunities
14. Improving internal systems
15. Supporting long-term expansion strategy
Ideal Partner Profile
We are looking for someone who:
* Has accounting or bookkeeping experience
* Understands UK compliance and SME needs
* Is ambitious and entrepreneurial
* Wants ownership, not just employment
* Is confident speaking to business owners
* Can commit serious time and effort
Bonus if:
* You have your own client base
* You are ACCA/ACA/AAT qualified or working towards it
* You have experience using Xero or QuickBooks
