This role is 4 days on site in Farnham, Surrey.

Experience:
6+ years of experience in 3D spatial design including a range of types and scales of projects (exhibition design, experiential design, interiors, conference, and everything in between). Salaries are competitive and reflect experience, with a generous benefits package.
Essential skills:
* Highly fluent in 3D modelling and rendering tools (Studio Max, Corona, Twinmotion).
* Knowledge of Adobe Cloud, Vectorworks, and Unreal would be beneficial.
* Curious and confident using AI tools as collaborators, not just shortcuts.
* Strong grasp of materials, lighting, atmosphere, and the emotional quality of space.
* Ability to produce quick rough sketches to explain ideas.
* Highly organized with a meticulous eye for detail.
* Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
* Embrace and champion company values and behaviors.

We’re looking for a boundary-pushing creative designer specializing in 3D spatial design, thriving on conceptual thinking, craft, and experimentation, especially with AI and emerging digital workflows.
You’ll shape brand environments from first sketch to final execution, communicate your vision to clients and collaborators, and mentor junior creatives.
You’ll be a key voice in the creative team, blending hands-on design, visual storytelling, and leadership.
