IT Support Engineer
Salary: up to £35,000
Location: Skelmersdale (office-based with site visits)
Hours: 8am-4pm
We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a growing service provider supporting clients across the Northwest.

About the Role
As an IT Support Engineer, you’ll be a key technical contact, providing both remote support and regular on-site visits. You’ll help maintain secure, reliable systems and work closely with clients to plan improvements, not just fix issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver 1st–3rd line technical support across Microsoft and Apple environments
* Provide on-site support
* Manage and troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems
* Maintain security standards, backups, patching, and general system health
* Assist with project work, deployments, and improvements
* Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
Requirements
* Experience in an IT support role
* Strong understanding of Windows OS, Windows Server, AD, Group Policy
* Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
* Experience supporting hardware, mobile devices, and peripherals
* Full UK driving licence (regular site visits required)
