About Crieff Hydro Hotel
In the heart of Scotland, we’re set in a 900 acre estate in stunning Perthshire. A home from home, we’ve been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. About The Role
A friendly welcome at reception sets the tone for a great stay at Crieff Hydro, so you'll have personality and positivity by the bucket load. You’ll deal with guest check‑ins, resolve any issues, and be able to upsell the resort and all the exciting activities Crieff Hydro has to offer.
What We Need From You
As Reception Supervisor you will support the Reception Manager in running the Reception department and help oversee the team. You should have strong people‑management skills, excellent customer‑service skills, be an effective problem solver, lead from the front and earn respect from staff. You should be well presented, exhibit a bright personality, be passionate about service, and work hard to keep the department running smoothly. You must communicate effectively with all departments and perform as an effective member of the Reception team.
Previous customer‑service experience is required. You should be able to handle any issues in a caring and helpful manner. You should be good with systems; experience with Maestro or a similar booking system is an advantage.
You will work varied shift patterns, with the earliest start time of 7 am.
