You Will:
8. Lead the development and management of the Annual Budget and Forecasts, including detailed planning for sales and gross margin.
9. Apply strong commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities, drive performance improvements, and boost productivity through data-driven analytics.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape both short-term actions and long-term strategic plans.
11. Continuously update forecasts throughout the year to highlight potential risks and opportunities, enabling timely business decisions.
12. Use financial modelling to deliver end-of-season off-price scenarios, supporting key KPIs such as profitability and inventory sell-through.
13. Partner with cross-functional teams to build strategic business cases, clearly outlining opportunities and their commercial rationale.
14. Deliver actionable insights on customer behaviour, competitor activity, and market trends to inform and support strategic planning.
15. Provide weekly and mid-week performance updates to senior leadership, offering high-quality insights that support decision-making and impact the P&L.
16. Collaborate with Operations to project outbound volumes for capacity planning and weekly reforecasting.
17. Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing to drive effective execution across the team.
18. Remain agile and adaptable to meet the evolving needs and priorities of the business.
What we are looking for:
19. Proven experience in a commercial planning, FP&A, merchandising or strategy role - ideally within retail, e-commerce, or fashion.
20. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel or data visualisation capabilities.
21. A deep understanding of sales, margin, and inventory metrics and how they impact business decisions.
22. A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
23. Excellent communication skills, with a talent for presenting complex information clearly and effectively.
24. A results-driven, agile approach and a continuous improvement mindset.
