As part of our Retail Team, you will be:
1. Providing an outstanding retail experience, ensuring service, quality, and consistency.
2. Leading & coaching the team on shift to ensure all responsibilities are met.
3. Escalating issues to the Supermarket Team Manager when required.
4. Inducting & supporting new starters through a 90-day induction and completing core departmental training.
5. Delivering a hands-on approach to supermarket duties and greeting our customers.
6. Working with the team to keep our supermarket area clean and safe, always promoting Health & Safety first!

Pay Rates:
16 to 17 from £X, 18 to 20 from £X, 21+ from £X per hour, with an additional £1 per hour when leading a shift.
Experience and Qualifications
You may already be a Supermarket Shift Leader or a Supervisor or Team Leader in a similar role, which is great! All we are looking for is:
* Experience working in retail or a similar customer-facing environment.
* Previous experience leading, coaching, and supervising teams.
