We are currently looking for an Cleaning Area Manager to join our team working in the contract cleaning sector covering Glasgow and surrounding towns, whilst also including other locations in West Scotland
Area Manager - The Role - The successful applicant will be required to:
* Visit stores
* Liaise with store management and staff
* Employ and train cleaning staff
* Complete quality standard audits with our customers on site
* Order cleaning supplies
* Candidates must be computer literate, knowledge Timegate would be advantageous.
* Use laptop to complete wages through Timegate app
* Data input figures into spread sheets to compile online reports.
* Manage staff holidays and arrange cover.
* Manage contracts in portfolio on a day to day basis.
* Address any issues that may arise / problem solving to ensure smooth running of contracts.
Area Manager the Candidate:
Applicants should be well organised, with good time management skills, computer literate as the role involves the use of a lap top, be prepared to travel and be flexible to suit business needs on a day to day basis and be able to work a 40 hour week, 75% on the road and around 25% remote from home
Previous cleaning Area Manager experience required.
Starting Salary £27,250 of which will be reviewed after employee passed probation period.
