* Experience as a Product Manager serving critical technology-driven products.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies within a Product Development Lifecycle.
* Proven experience in Product Discovery, data, and delivery methods.
* Strong communication skills – able to translate complex information across different levels of the business and proactively gather data from stakeholders and clients.
Other Highly Valued Skills Include:
* Knowledge of Application Integration Technologies such as Kafka, IBM MQ, IBM ACE, Active MQ, IBM Connect Direct, IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, Stonebranch Universal Data Mover, IBM StreamSets, Ab Initio.
* Understanding of modern infrastructure architecture (containerisation, virtualization, public cloud) and Site Reliability Engineering practices including IaaS, Metrics, and Observability tools.
* Experience working in finance, banking, or fintech sectors with an internal customer base.
The role offers the option to work from Radbroke (Primary) or Glasgow (Secondary).
Purpose of the role:
To collaborate with product owners and technical teams, leveraging their knowledge of bank technologies to realize the product roadmap vision.
Accountabilities include:
* Supporting collaboration between product owners and technical teams.
* Developing and communicating product strategy and vision.
* Gathering and prioritizing requirements based on business value and feasibility.
* Implementing assessments for continuous testing and improvement.
* Monitoring product performance for optimization opportunities.
* Staying updated on industry technology trends to improve product development.
