Job Title: Electrical Supervisor with HVAP
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor with HVAP to join the team located in London. The successful candidate is responsible for the coordination of FM & Technical Services to site to meet SLA requirements and key performance indicators.
Role Summary:
• Primary focus on delivery of all FM Operations in accordance with KPI & Output measurements
• Support / Monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities when required and report any corrective works arising
• Comply with QHSE requirements as outlined within the SLA
