Style Advisor – part‑time, weekends – reporting to Store Manager, location London, ME+EM.

About the Role
ME+EM are looking for a Style Advisor to join our retail team based in London stores and concessions. The candidate must be flexible to work across weekends with 7.5‑hour shift patterns and will deliver an authentic, memorable service approach. The role requires strong communication, multitasking and the ability to adapt to high and low traffic patterns.
About You
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment.
- Genuine passion for fashion and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the best customer experience through speed and accuracy.
- Represent the brand at all times by following the company dress code.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and research products online.
- Navigate the customer, suggest alternatives or fulfil requests either in another store or online.
- Promote a “one business” mindset.
- Build organic, long‑lasting relationships with customers.
- Carry out personal styling sessions with confidence.
- Confident with styling, outfit building and recommendations.
- Escalate customer complaints to the management team.
- Support opening and closing duties as necessary.
- Confident with till functions.
- Process transactions, refunds and telephone orders confidentially.
- Adhere to GDPR and data collection requirements.
- Maintain high telephone etiquette.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards.
- Replenish stock and keep the shop floor clean and tidy.
- Assist with deliveries and stock recalls.
- Own H&S responsibilities and ensure H&S processes are followed.
