What you’ll do
- Drive global revenue management performance by leading robust analysis for monthly reviews of proposed business changes, assessing performance against agreed KPIs and ensuring delivery against revenue management targets through clear, data‑driven recommendations.
- Deliver insightful product and promotional analysis, evaluating promotional and trial performance versus KPIs, proposing next steps, and identifying scalable opportunities across global markets to optimise net sales revenue and margin.
- Provide pricing optimisation recommendations by utilising Costa’s Smart Pricing Tool, modelling price changes, and presenting data‑led options and recommendations to global markets.
- Enhance pricing, segmentation and margin performance by monitoring internal performance across products, price, promotion and segmentation, using store and SKU‑level data alongside external and competitor data to uncover underperformance and unlock growth opportunities.
- Strengthen governance, control and cross‑functional alignment by monitoring cost price inputs and operational inefficiencies, partnering with Category Managers and cross‑functional teams to resolve issues, and presenting professional insights to drive informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Who you are
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, understanding pricing, promotional mechanics, margin, operating income, volume, rebates and price elasticity; experience in retail, category, finance or equivalent analytical environments is advantageous.
- Advanced Excel‑led analytical capability; highly proficient in Excel, able to manipulate and interpret large, complex datasets to assess performance and generate clear, insight‑driven recommendations.
- Effective communicator and collaborative stakeholder partner; able to translate data into clear, accessible insights and work cross‑functionally with a range of stakeholders, building strong working relationships to support informed decision‑making.
- Organised and process‑driven; structured and detail‑oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, tracking performance and maintaining data accuracy and governance across end‑to‑end processes.
- Curious, analytical and solutions‑focused mindset; comfortable navigating complexity, juggling large datasets, interrogating what the data signals, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
