JOB ROLE: Interim School Finance Implementation Consultant
LOCATION: London area (Hybrid)
CONTRACT LENGTH: 3-6 months (likely extension)

DAYS IN OFFICE REQUIRED: Hybrid - onsite as required for project milestones
Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Multi Academy Trust client based in the London area to facilitate the appointment of an Interim School Finance Implementation Consultant on an interim basis for 3-6 months (likely extension).
The Trust is in the middle of rolling out Sage Intacct across its schools and requires an experienced interim professional to support the successful delivery of the project. The role has become available due to the need for specialist implementation expertise during a critical phase of the roll-out, ensuring the system is fully configured, staff are trained, and the transition is seamless.
Responsibilities of the Role:
* Support the ongoing implementation and configuration of Sage Intacct.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and software providers to ensure smooth delivery.
* Assist with data migration, integration, and testing.
* Provide training, guidance, and documentation for finance teams.
To be successful in the role you will have:
* Proven track record in Sage Intacct.
* Experience working within a finance function in education or Multi Academy Trusts (desirable).
* Strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and reporting.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
